My partners snoring is becoming unberable. Every night I get woken up and it's really started to get me down.

I've tried rolling him over and he's tried a number of sleeping aides but so far no luck...I've even sent a clip of him snoring to a company who are making a video about coping with snoring and I'm hoping they can help!

I don't want to have to sleep in seperate rooms, so does anyone have any suggestions to help! Thanks

This might sound silly but I swapped sides of the bed with my husband and it has helped. He subconciously rolls onto his side in his sleep to cuddle me and by swapping the side he lies on seems to have really helped! Good luck either way, I know just how frustrating it can be! .

I once read about a lady who sewed a marble in to the collar of her partner's PJs. Every time he rolled on to his back it dug in to his neck, prompting him to turn over. Never tried it but it's always stuck in my mind! Tough love eh?
